Alaska Trail Stewards Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteer events are open to anyone age 18 and up, or 12 and up if a parent or guardian is present. No experience is necessary, but you should be able to hike the designated distance while carrying tools and work for the full duration of the event. If you RSVP for an event, please plan on attending. Events are limited to small groups, and if you RSVP but then don't attend, it takes away an opportunity for someone else to attend. If something comes up and you are no longer able to attend an event, please email Maya Kaup at maya.kaup@alaska-trails.org as soon as you're able so that another volunteer may attend instead.
