The goal of this project is to dig out and reset puncheons on Resurrection Pass Trail North. This project will be done 2-3 miles into the trail which does consist of at least a mile uphill hike. It will consist of a lot of digging and lifting/moving small wood structures.

About the event
Volunteers will meet at the Resurrection Pass North Trailhead at 9:30am and return to the trailhead at 3:30pm. Volunteers will be digging out and resetting puncheons on Resurrection North Trail. This project will be done 2-3 miles into the trail which does consist of at least a mile uphill hike. It will consist of a lot of digging and lifting/moving small wood structures. Depending on the structure, some may be quite heavy. Hiking and work is rated moderate to difficult.
What to bring: Rain gear, sturdy work/hiking boots, snacks, water, sunscreen, long work pants, and work gloves and safety glasses if you have them (if you don't have gloves/safety glasses they will be provided for the day).
What NOT to bring: Alcohol, drugs, children, pets, and firearms.
Notes: Hiking will begin at Resurrection Pass North Trailhead, and at the most will involve up to 6 miles of hiking at a…
