Volunteers will meet at the Reed Lakes parking lot before the bridge on Archangel Road. The focus for work will be on structure replacement and brushing.

About the event
Volunteers will perform brushing and structure replacement before the switchbacks begin on this trail. Two bridges spanning Glacier Creek and Reed Creek need repair. Stair treads need replacing and a few bridge boards need to be replaced. Volunteers will meet at the Reed Lakes trailhead.
The work site is approximately 1.5 to 2 miles from the trailhead. It should take about 1 hour to get to the work site. The trail is easy to moderate hiking to the creeks. The trail is rocky, can be muddy, and have water on the trail. Waterproof hiking boots are recommended.
What to bring: Rain gear, sturdy work/hiking boots, snacks, water, sunscreen, long work pants, and work gloves and safety glasses if you have them (if you don't have gloves/safety glasses they will be provided for the day).
What NOT to bring: Alcohol, drugs, children, pets, and firearms.
