About the event

Glen Alps to Powerline Pass Junction

There is moderate brushing of alders for approximately 0.5 miles to the junction of powerline pass trail. Additional brushing is needed from the bottom of the hill up towards the pass. All cut debris must be dragged off trail out of sight with the “white eyes” (cut ends) facing away from the trail. All cuts must be made either at the base or joint of a branch. Clear the corridor approximately 1 pulaski length from the edge of the trail (use best judgment).

We will begin brushing from the trailhead. Easy difficulty for hiking. Slight incline once the project shifts to the pass trail. Complete the brushing from the parking lot to powerline pass trail before moving on.

Saturday August 13th

TIME – 9am – 3pm
